What Are Content Days?
Content Days are built for real estate agents who want to show up consistently, strategically, and professionally across social media—without the stress of figuring out what to post or how to film it.
We handle the entire process from start to finish. Prop Shots Media coordinates an impactful shoot location or can shoot at a location suggested by the agent —often a model home or a visually compelling local setting. We arrive with content ideas tailored specifically to the Sarasota real estate market. From pricing strategy and market conditions to lifestyle, neighborhood insights, and buyer/seller education, every topic is designed to position the agent as a knowledgeable, trusted local expert.
During a single Content Day, we film enough material to produce high-quality, short-form videos for the agent to post several times a week for a month+. The content is ready for use across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Our team guides the agent on delivery, pacing, and on-camera presence, ensuring confident, natural performances that connect with viewers.
Each video is professionally edited using proven social media techniques—fast, engaging cuts between sentences, dynamic zooms that match key moments, and on-screen captions that reinforce the message and stop the scroll. The result is a library of polished, platform-ready content that keeps agents visible, relevant, and top-of-mind in a competitive market.

How Does It All Work?
What does a typical day look like?
- First, we have a quick call or text to align on goals, dates & times.
- We then coordinate the shoot location.
- Prior to the shoot, our team will create relevant social media friendly scripts.
- On the day of the shoot, our team member will pack up all their required gear and travel to the location.
- Once on-site, we review scripts with the agent and fine tune them as needed.
- We film & coach the agent throughout entire process, the agent may want to change outfits and positions as we progress (e.g. sitting down, kitchen, outside, next to the pool, beach, etc.)
- When the session is over, we collect electronic payment unless already paid for ahead of time.
- We pack up our gear and head out.
- Later that day we upload the content to our internal storage systems and provide the editor with any notes or comments.
- The content is then edited, always strategic for social media platforms.
- The last editing piece is that we add impactful captions to help keep the viewers attention (stop the scroll!).
- A separate party QC’s and signs off on all clips to ensure quality control.
- Lastly, when all clips are completed we deliver them to the agent via a downloadable link.
How much does it cost?
- We charge $995 for a 3 to 4 hour session which is typically enough time to film 6 – 8 short-form videos. However, if the agent desires to continue, and both parties have available time on their schedules, we’re always happy to continue making more content. When we go beyond the the scheduled session, we bill at an hourly rate of $250.
